#AskTheExpert I am 3 month pregnant and have a 8.5 months old baby. can i stop breastfeeding him..? If yes then how?? will his weight gain effect after not having my feeding?? What are the other sources which will help him gain weight according to his development??

Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Maintain hygiene
