A. Most of the time it’s because of increase blood flow in the pelvic blood vessels you might experience this kind of thing. Sometimes it could be something called as pelvic congestion. Try using a Pregnancy support belt

A. Vaginal and thigh pain during 29 weeks of pregnancy is common and usually occurs due to the following reasons: Causes: 1. Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP): Hormonal changes cause relaxation of ligaments, leading to instability in the pelvic area. This can result in pain in the vagina, thighs, or hips. 2. Pressure from the Growing Baby: The baby's increasing weight puts pressure on the pelvic region, nerves, and muscles. 3. Round Ligament Pain: Stretching of the ligaments supporting the uterus can cause sharp or dull pain in the lower abdomen, thighs, or groin. 4. Sciatic Nerve Compression: The growing uterus can press on the sciatic nerve, causing pain radiating to the thighs. 5. Increased Blood Flow: Increased blood flow to the pelvic area can lead to vaginal discomfort. What You Can Do: 1. Rest: Avoid standing or sitting for long periods. Lie on your side to relieve pressure. 2. Use a Maternity Belt: A pelvic support belt can reduce pelvic and thigh pain. 3. Apply Heat or Cold Packs: Use warm or cold compresses on the thighs for relief. 4. Gentle Exercise: Prenatal yoga, walking, or pelvic tilts can improve blood flow and reduce discomfort. 5. Sleep Comfortably: Use a pregnancy pillow between your legs to support the pelvis and thighs. 6. Stay Hydrated: Dehydration can worsen muscle cramps. When to Consult Your Doctor: If the pain is severe or persistent. Accompanied by vaginal bleeding, unusual discharge, or fever. Sudden swelling or difficulty walking. It’s essential to share your symptoms with your healthcare provider to ensure there are no underlying complications.
