Ma’am When you are pregnant you should not take any medicine without consulting your gynaecologist it can be risky for the child if you take any medicine just randomly so you can take a teaspoon of honey with warm water that would be one of the best home remedies that you can go for have a good amount of liquids and fluids that will also help
