#asktheexpert I am 17 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I am suffering from severe lower back pain. I could not turn on sides by myself. it feels like I won't be able to stand or walk because of pain. is it possible to get rid of this pain?

A. res t more ok.Try to stick to some brands only fir clothes and other articles as its better not to get carried away by all these fancy thingsAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture
