#AskTheExpert I am 13 weeks pregnant and from the past few days i feel like i am having menstrual cramps. The pain has increased since last night. What should i do?

strictly avoid any work or intercourse at this time and do an ultrasound scan also if possible

Are you bleeding also? This is not a good sign. I would suggest to visit doc for proper check up and further follow up.
Take ample amount of rest and care. Don't take any kind of stress. Don't do heavy work at home. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body.
