Try to avoid screen time.... serve food when she is really hungry... like as soon as he wakes up in the mornings.... when she gets up from a nap... or after playing .... like doing some physical activity which can make her drain energy and she will feel hungry... give fruits which kids fond tasty like banana , watermelon, chiku....set a family meal so that all of you can eat together.....ask your doctor for supplement.

So this is where you are going wrong you should not be showing phone to the child because what happens when you keep showing do any kind of screen to the child that your child should eat get into this habit of screen time which is not good for them so you should try to find out if your child is going through any deficiency in the first place and then start with a supplement but you shouldn’t be giving any screen time to the child
