A. Hello mom it’s important to know as that a little variation is always acceptable is the child is active for her age and eating well . You can give them dry fruits and nuts , dals , chana , rajma , horse gram , add ghee to their meals , milk , panner , stuff paranthas, soya , eggs , whole grains and cereals
