Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. This can occur due to weather changes or simple cold and some times infection. kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor meet dr in few days

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. you can apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on your child chest and back ,the heat of Turmeric powder will help to cure this. Use Nasal saline drops for blocked nose.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi the best remedy is ,to offer plenty of breastfeeds. it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial Infections dress your child in weather appropriate clothes make your child wear gloves, socks ,if it is necessary use cap . avoid cold and windy climate.
