A. expressed milk can be stored at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours ideally. since it's quite hot these days it may be stored only for 1-2 hours. please check everytime before giving it to the baby. in the fridge it can be stored upto a day. keep it in the backside of the fridge. before giving it to the baby keep the bottle itself in a bowl of warm water and bring it to room temperature and then feed the baby. make sure the bottles and pump are always sterilized.
