#asktheexpert expressed milk it's good for baby can I store expressed milk in refridgerator?

A. U Can heat it first you should be giving it on room temperature is if you have to give it then you keep the container in the warm water for about 5 to 10 minutes and then once it becomes a little warm or a room temperature than you transfer into the feeding bottle and then you give it to the time don’t give me directly from refrigerator so just make it a little mom

A. can I feed milk directly from taken from refrigerator or i have to keep outside for sometime let it cool and how many hours i can store expressed milk.

A. Hi Yes you can give me direct breastfeeding or you can store the milk in refrigerator and feed your child data both the things are completely safe you can go ahead with either of the things that you want to it’s completely safe basically to feed a child on expressed breast feeding
