Hello ma’am The most important thing is regular oiling and apart from that I just hope that you are using a baby shampoo only because of which have chemical or one of the biggest reasons for hair fall. If your child is not having any issue like dandruff or anything else then it’s fine otherwise I would advise you to consult a dermatologist ones
