#asktheexpert How to stop breastfeeding?.She is 3 years old.She still needs breastfeeding to fall asleep.

A. hi I advise to reduce feedings gradually Start by reducing one feeding session at a time. and try to replace it with a cup of milk. you may encourage your child by providing milk with different flavors . you may ask help from your partner to make this transition gradually tell him to support you to manage bedtime routine for your child
