#asktheexpert How to stop breastfeeding for my 1yr kid bcoz I'm planning to go for work or else if i feed only at night time ,will that be OK?

A. Hello mom maximum you can feed till 2 to 2.5 years of their age and now that they are above the age of 1 year , you can gradually stop one feed at a time , and also now their major diet has to be from solids. you can also try to pump and store and can be fed in your milk in your absences or feed them when you are done with your work.
