usually kids do this one if they are stressed or anxious or when they have nutritional deficiency.
so please make sure your child is well cared.
spend quality time with your child
play different games ,offer age appropriate toys to your child
offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
whenever your child does this just gently remove your child hands from mouth and say no firmly.
tell stories for this.
but please don't scold or yell at your child.
