Hello ma’am See if you had a normal delivery then you can start with a little bit of light or exercise of yoga or something and if you had a C-section delivery then you’ll have to wait for a minimum of 6 to 8 months till the time your stitches do not heal completely and once your stitches he’ll completely after that only you can go for any kind of workout that you are most comfortable with and also would like to tell you to take a proper diet from a dietician so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
