A. Hello You need to exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast Include protein rich lean foods like soya chunks, skim milk, low fat paneer, pulses , sprouts, curd in your meals . Add lot of Vegetables, fruits Avoid sugar. sweets , junk , fried foods
