Have small and frequent meals
Include more daal, paneer, sprouts, soya, beans, fruits and vegetables, oats, daliya, ragi, jowar , milk, curd, egg in the diet and reduce the intake of sugar, salty namkeen, fried food, ghee rich food, sugary drinks in the diet
Include 1 -2 tsp of flaxseeds in the diet and green tea once a day
Go for walk and once you are comfortable and there is no discomfort at the site of c sec start yoga or any ab workout
For stretch mark increase water intake apply coconut oil or aloe Vera gel with vit e in it
Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. stretch marks after pregnancy and delivery is very common and those marks will not go completely but will get fade away in due time of course for that you will have to apply coconut oil before bath and after bath you should I apply Boroline for stretch mark removing cream
