as a child is 6 months old now ,you can give water as well as semisoild food items too
so ,to cure constipation,
first ,give plenty of breastfeeds to your child
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
give massage to your child daily
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
you may apply Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child and give gentle massage which definitely help to cure this
