A. if the child is suffering from fever you can give paracetamol and can be repeated after every 6 hours also do cold sponging of the body consult your doctor for more guidance regarding this

A. Give Medicine to the child and apart from that you can start doing Thande Paani ki patti on the forehead as well as behind the needs of your child that will help in bringing down the temperature along with the medicine so you can definitely go for it
