A. start your day with warm water with honey and lemon in it. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat. avoid having carbs at night. have dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime. include some work out in your routine. avoid having oily snacks and sugary drinks. drink plenty of water in a day. always have green tea before sleeping.
