#asktheexpert How to over come this pandemic with kids? We can’t send them out with neighbor’s kids also to play.. What the safety measures to be taken?? And Any early medicines to take??

Hi, make a timetable like painting time activity time and sleeping time and you can also take your baby out once in the morning and once in the evening for cycling or walking. It will be a refresher for yourself and your baby. By this way you don’t have to send your kids with others. Use mask while going out. If you can go to Terrace then it will be a better option. expose your baby to sunlight. Give a healthy home-made fibre and calcium rich food. Include orange juice in every day drink. And a Luke warm milk with a pinch of turmeric added to eat before sleeping.
