A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Start with the exercise. Do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help to tighten up ur belly. Or do cycling jogging gym etc
