ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, for 10 months old baby, give soft and lumpy foods. Do not give highly mashed and blended foods otherwise baby will not learn to chew. You can little bit of spices to baby’s food. Avoid salt till 1 year.
