A. Give a balanced diet including proteins, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins in the correct proportions. Avoid giving junk food and give plenty of lean proteins, leafy vegetables and food items rich in minerals like calcium and potassium. Give zinc rich foods like squash seeds and peanuts. Make your kid do stretching exercises. Hanging from bars, pull ups and chin ups also help. Surya Namaskar and Chakrasana also help. Skipping and swimming help. Make sure that your kid sleeps for 8 hours on all nights. Your kid should always maintain a good posture. Give Vitamin D rich food items like fatty fish, egg yolk, mushrooms, and seafood.
