You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids aftnd give proper breastfeeding to the baby wyhich will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

It could be due to umbilical hernia also so first get it checked with your doctor because without proper assessment we cannot be sure about the correct reason behind it so once get it checked and then you can go ahead with a proper treatment suggested by the doctor on the basis of the issue
