#asktheexpert how to lose weight easily through diet?. my work is very sedentary and demands me to be in front of the computer for almost 10 hours. being a mom of a two year old and a demanding job gives me very less time to breathe and take care of self.

A. Hi mom Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat in the morning empty stomach. Have light breakfast like oats, cornflake with your milk, etc Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Avoid eating eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight. Have warm light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
