Q.

#asktheexpert how to know my 3 months baby is full and not hungry after breastfeeding..as breastfeeding can't be measured like bottle feeding

A. but how I can know he is full..and if he is crying, how do i know he is crying because he hungry or reason is something else

A. I agree with you but the best scientific figure out is if the child is full for 2 to 3 hours generally after taking one breastfeeding from you then you know that your child is getting sufficient feeding from you that’s one way to figure it out
