#AskTheExpert How to know if my baby is getting enough milk .. everybody at home tells me shes getting thin day by day and i dont understand what to tell them because sometimes my clothes also become wet please suggest me how to answer them

A. hi as you are getting milk leakage ,it indicates that you are having good milk supply. but mam ,for Healthy weight gain, I advise to offer feeds from each side atleast 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well . give Massage to your child everyday which will also help. I would suggest to use Babyhug massage oil. and mam ,if a child is gaining enough weight, looks happy and active,his pee count is around 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about his physical appearance and please don't listen such negative comments.
