A. I'm asking for a baby who is little less than 3 month old. He is fighting infections since birth despite no visitors and maintaining hygiene and is on breastmilk exclusively.

A. A very good immunity in a healthy child will help in protecting from any infection for which you need to give good balanced diet to your child and give fresh fruits and vegetables along with dairy products. Avoid exposure to infection by avoiding crowded places and any individuals who were already infected maintaining proper hygiene and safety protocol is must... Avoiding iron deficiency by giving diet rich in iron for example spinach etc. Or iron supplements if required Apart from this you can get additikuonal protection by vaccination against flu typhoid MMR chicken pvjox and hepatitis A according to the age of the child from time to time You can also give multivitamin supplements like zincovit to your baby under medical guidance.
