#AskTheExpert how to introduce chia seeds in diet to my 5.5 yr old girl. in which form it should be given? dry or soaked in water?

A. it's good to give soaked chia seed, can add this in fruit juice or smoothie.it has high level of protirn and. also it is rich in iron , calcium, minerals. it also good in constipatio

A. good morning you can try to prepare a pudding and that you can incorporate the chia seeds and definitely I would recommend you to try to make sure that it has been soaked in water do not give dry seeds
