Hi The timings I just told you was kind of an example that this is how you should be setting for this really does not look like a timetable in my house I do have a child and she eats like whenever she wants to eat but I try to make her eat her dinner maximum by nine not late than that so just try to maintain a schedule that we and I really don’t understand what kind of an approach you’re looking for but this is something actually basic which we all follow, Which is why I help you with the same thing but if you have some different approach then it is very good for you and if you have something then do please share it with me as well so at least I learn something new from you. 😊

Hi Nobody can work like a Clock so you just have to make a schedule for the child where in morning around this first time we should be giving breakfast about 2 o’clock you should be giving lunch and dinner should be somewhere around eight or 830 you know just try to make a schedule like that for your child and try to stick to it for yourself and for your child because that would be better and in future if you follow this thing it is always going to be healthier for you and your child because that will form a proper schedule of sleeping and waking up as well
