Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning.. and increase the amount of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products take care
