#AskTheExpert how to increase breastmilk for my 1 month baby girl. baby is on breastmilk i am feeling very tired and pain in my bones,backside,legs, what to do i hv c sec delivery.. and my age is 31years old i also having first child age 19months old...plz suggest me some nutristional diet....

A. you have to continue taking iron and calcium medications because even because of that there will be tiredness.
