#AskTheExpert how to increase baby weight my baby is 12 month now but weight is around 8.6 kindly suggest what to do

ideally the weight gets triple the birth weight by one year. Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
