A. To help the weight of baby if above 1 year, you can include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, rice water, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, ghee and 550-640 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith plenty of fluids.
