A. To improve breastmilk supply, include foods like fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, Green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, legumes, eggs, brown rice, fennel seeds, avocado, broccoli, and milk. Keep latching the baby as supply largely depends on the demand. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate milk secretion.
