Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly applies zytee gel / dologel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity. you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel. this will only help in decreasing xthe pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem. give fluids x/ juices in diet to the child. see that child is not suffering from constipation. meet dr if not improving

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can apply pure coconut oil over the area which will help and in regards to the medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to advise you with a gel which would help and make the child feel better and comfortable and absolutely nothing to worry about
