#AskTheExpert how to gain weight of 3 yr.old baby boy.right now my boy is 3 yr.having 9:30 kg.daily mornig taken half glass of milk at 7 :00 am.then at 9 am 1 boiled egg.then 11:30 little food like breakfast or chpati.2 pm taken some little food like dal-rice .after at evening taken dry fruits or boiled potato or murmuras etc.9:30 dinner.what changes in his food will you recommend me??

Your Baby is eating decent enough and you are including again on also which is quite a thing like rich protein diet that you are giving me breakfast I think you should consult a paediatrician 1st to know as to why the weight is not increasing what is the issue and accordingly they can advise you with some supplement
