Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. new baby is on exclusive breastfeeding it is good and baby will gain weight from the healthy food that he will be getting through breast feed so you should eat healthy and nutritious diet and keep yourself well hydrated have a lot of pure ghee and dry fruits fresh fruits pulses and millets in your daily diet also having green vegetables and lot of dairy products like milk and curd will be good
