#asktheexpert how to fulfill the nutritional needs of my child by adding variety foods ; because he does not like vegetables and fruits.

A. Hello mom try to change the form of the food give to him c like vegetable- make soups or purée and add in dough to make Puri or roti or stuff paranthas. Same with fruits - juices , or cut and serve with fresh cream or custard
