Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day. because a good urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk.
