A. hi mam ,you can start it with finger food. I mean , whenever your child is playing ,you can serve small bowl of fruits or your child's favourite food . you can serve food in kiddie plate or bowl and spoon or buy special dinner set which will help to make your child feeling special and to encourage your child to take food from it. for that,I would suggest Babyhug feeding/dinner set .
