ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

Hello,when babies suffer from constipation then the major reason behind it is dehydration,and also junk food and bakery products,so firstly add lots of fibre in your babies diet, secondly keep your baby hydrated by giving lots of liquids and water to your baby and avoid giving bakery products.
