#AskTheExpert how to create interest in child to eat food? and what kind of food n food schedule should be followed?

A. Dear ma’am, need not create any schedule for this. Allow the kid to listen to his/her hunger signals and let them regulate their own appetite. Encourage self eating habits. Involve them in shopping veggies and fruits. Promote positive thoughts about foods and how it helps nourish their body and overall health. Seeding Nutrition education in their minds would be the right thing to do at this age. Avoid all packaged foods. Sit with your kid and have meals regularly.
