It’s quite common to get sugar during pregnancy do not worry but now be extremely careful with your routine
Have small and frequent meals
No rice, no white sugar, sweets, juices and bread and bakery products
Include more vegetables in the diet
Have 100gm of fruit every day not more than that
Include nuts and seeds in the diet but almonds ans walnuts should be soaked and used
Have oats , jowar in the diet
Water 2-3 litre everyday
