Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping.f Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a dayf for 7 days in ear it will help .

yes you should visit your pediatrician or.a near by doctor to Clea her ears
as she's very young , you should not do it.
