please do the following things:
avoid going outside especially with your child
wash your hands frequently and hold your child and child's things only after washing your hands with water.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
maintain good hygiene
