#asktheexpert how to breastfeed a 2 month old baby? how much milk should they consume per meal and hence per day,? how do I know that my milk is enough?

A. hi at age of 2 months ,babies require 120-150 ml milk at every 3-4 hours gap . so 7 -8 feedings per day are required. but it depends on baby's own apetite too so please follow your baby's hunger cues and give feeding as per it if baby is happy and active ,gains enough weight ,there isnt any discomfort ,no need to worry
