#AskTheExpert How to avoid lactose intolerance in babies and how much milk should be given per day to a 1 year 2 month old baby. Can you also please tell me how much water should be diluted in 500ml of milk if I want to give baby. Is lactose intolerance cause due to some kind of virus or is it a disease that can be cure.

A. No lactose intolerance is not a viral infection. In this the baby is allergic to the protein found in milk called lactose so there are many lactose feee options you can check that and avoid giving lactose milk even if it’s is diluted

Hi parents I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
