A. knw what can be helped. Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.

A. Diet. To soften the stools and make them easier to pass, increase the amount of non-dairy fluid and fiber your child gets each day. High-fiber foods include fruits and fruit juices that contain sorbitol (prune, mango, pear), vegetables (broccoli, peas), beans, and whole-grain breads and cereals.
